“White Widow” ISIS Recruiter is Reportedly Dead

“White Widow” and Son are Killed

“White Widow” Sally Jones, 50, one of the most notorious Islamic terrorists has been killed in a US strike in Syria. The mother of two was once a punk rock artist. She later converted to Islam and fled to Syria to become a top recruiter for the Islamic State group. The Sun first reported her death. A British source told the newspaper, “The Americans zapped her trying to get away from Raqqa. Her husband, Junaid Hussain, died in an airstrike in 2015. She and her husband were sometimes referred to as “Mr and Mrs Terror” as they were linked to numerous terror plots.

Times of London Reports Son Also Killed

Sally’s 12-year-old son, Jojo, was also believed to have been killed in the strike. The Times of London reported that an unnamed official said, “The premise that Sally Jones and her son are dead is probably accurate.” It was reported that Sally used her son as a human shield during skirmishes with anti-ISIS forces.

She was a top ISIS recruiter of female jihadists and was reportedly high on the US “kill list” as she was considered a high-value target. She sought young girls and tried to lure them into Syria to become jihadi brides.
